How can I pay?

How much does Dermaclear cost?
Dermaclear costs $16.00 for one 2 oz. bottle or two 2 oz. bottles for $26.00. Each additional bottle is $13.00. United States First-Class Shipping is Free. Priority Shipping with Delivery Confirmation is $5.95 per order.
I live outside the United States. Can I order Dermaclear?
Yes, we ship to most foreign countries. International First-Class Shipping is $6.95 per order and Global Priority Shipping with delivery confirmation is $13.00 per order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped from California through the U.S. Postal Service. Depending on where you live in the U.S. you can expect your first-class order to arrive within 4 to 7 business days. U.S. Priority Mail orders are guaranteed to arrive within 2-3 business days.
International First-Class Orders are shipped via air mail and will arrive within 7-14 business days. International Global Priority Mail is guaranteed to arrive within 5-10 business days. Most United Kingdom customers will receive their orders even faster.
How can I track my order?
Once you place an order you will receive an email confirmation and order number. With this information you can log on to our web site and track your order at any time. If you choose Domestic or Global Priority Shipping options you will also be able to track your order through USPS.
If I have ordered Dermaclear before do I have to reinput my information each time I order?
Return customers do not have to create an account again. Once you have ordered all your information will be securely stored in our database. To reorder you can login with your user name and password and quickly pass through to checkout.
Can I sign up for a regular shipment of Dermaclear to arrive every month?
Yes! You can now set up your account to have as many bottles as you like shipped to you the same time each month. You can also cancel or change this service any time by logging into your account.

USE
I don't understand what Dermaclear is? Is it a cleanser or a skin care product?
Dermaclear is both a cleanser and a skin care product. It contains lauryl sulfate to cleanse the skin without the need to rinse. Salicylic acid helps clear up skin and prevent future breakouts. Tartaric acid works to minimize pores and blackheads while allantoin helps reduce redness and irritation. 8-HO Quinoline fades marks, dark spots and the appearance of scars from old breakouts.
How do I use Dermaclear? Do I need to wash my face first?
Unless you wear makeup or want to use a separate cleanser you do not need to wash your face first.
For normal skin, apply Dermaclear twice a day with a clean cotton pad. For dry skin types we suggest using once a day. If you have oily or breakout-prone skin, you can apply Dermaclear as often as necessary. You do not need to rinse off after application.
After applying Dermaclear you can shave, apply your moisturizer and use sunscreen or makeup.
What if I already have a skin care regime I like? How can I use Dermaclear too?
If you already have a favorite cleanser or use Dermaclear Purifying Cleanser, or Dermaclear Soothing Cleanser just wash and dry your face and then apply Dermaclear. Follow with Dermaclear Pure Moisture or Dermaclear Fade Cream. Or you can use your own favorite moisturizer, sunscreen, or makeup.
I love to use cosmetics especially foundation to protect my skin from the elements of the environment. Can I use Dermaclear with any other cosmetic products?
Dermaclear works great under liquid, powder or mineral foundation and isn't known to cause any kind of reaction with other cosmetics. Just make sure that your foundation is labeled non-comedogenic (won't clog pores) and is not aggravating your acne or breakouts. The new mineral makeup seem to work extremely well for oily and acne-prone skin types.
You may find you need a moisturizer after applying Dermaclear for the smoothest possible make-up application. We would recommend our Dermaclear Pure Moisture, However, if your skin is oily, Dermaclear should be all the preparation your skin needs.
Should I apply Dermaclear before or after I shave?
We suggest shaving first and then applying Dermaclear.
I was wondering if your product does anything to reduce fine lines as some of the vitamin C or hydroxy preparations do. I would like to clear up my acne, but also have smoother skin as well.
While Dermaclear is excellent for helping clear up skin, it does not target the appearance of fine lines. Dermaclear is designed to cleanse, exfoliate and soothe skin.
To build collagen, plump skin and add antioxidants, moisture and vitamins try Dermaclear Soothing Moisture or Dermaclear Fade Cream.
Pure Vitamin E, sold at most health food stores, is also great for reducing the look of fine lines and wrinkles.
I am pregnant and plan to nurse. Can I use Dermaclear?
As with any skin care product, if you are pregnant or nursing consult your Doctor before use.
How long does one bottle of Dermaclear last?
One bottle of Dermaclear lasts about 3 weeks.
Is your product safe to use on the back and chest as well as the face?
Dermaclear works just as well on the back, shoulders, chest and neck as it does on the face.

I've tried so many skin care products and none of them have worked. How is Dermaclear different? Will it really work for me?
Almost all over-the-counter skin care products designed to clear pimples, blemishes, whiteheads and blackheads contain either salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. Both work well but salicylic acid can be tolerated by more skin types.
What makes Dermaclear different from other products are the other main ingredients. Each ingredient targets specific skin concerns. Laurel Sulfate gently cleans off dirt, oil and residue from the skin's surface without having to be rinsed off. How does it compare to Proactiv Solution?
Proactiv Solution is a three-step system using benzoyl peroxide based-products. Dermaclear is a great alternative for the many skin types that cannot tolerate benzoyl peroxide and want the ease, convenience and less expensive option of a single product.
Does Dermaclear work on blackheads and large pores? If so, how fast will I see results?
Dermaclear is formulated with salicylic acid and tartaric acid to help exfoliate the skin's surface, unclog pores and get rid of blackheads. Once your pores are cleaned and exfoliated they will appear smaller and less noticeable.
After using Dermaclear 3 to 4 weeks, you should see a significant decrease in the number of blackheads around your nose, chin and forehead. Your pores will appear smaller and less noticeable. With continual use, you should be able to get rid of most blackheads altogether.
Remember, blackheads should never be picked or squeezed. Keeping the skin clean and exfoliated is the best way to stop blackheads and keep them from coming back.
I suffer from rosacea and have small, hard pimples and redness on my cheeks, nose and forehead. Nothing seems to help. Can Dermaclear?
Yes, many of our customers have reported that Dermaclear is the one product that has helped soothe and diminish their rosacea symptoms including pimples, redness and irritation. Check with your Doctor first, but Dermaclear was originally formulated to help relieve the visible effects of rosacea.
I'm 22 yrs of age and suffering from acute acne for the past 6-7 years now. My oily skin and acne breakouts have left scars all over my face. How can I control my acne and get rid of scars?
Acne is not curable but it is controllable. Dermaclear is an excellent product to help clear your skin, reduce oiliness and help stop future breakouts. Dermaclear also contains 8 -HO quinoline which will help lighten and clear dark marks and fade the appearance of scars from prior breakouts. However, no over-the-counter skin care product can remove deep, pitted acne scars. This can only be done with laser surgery.
Does Dermaclear work to fade the purplish red marks left from previous breakouts? How long will it take?
Dermaclear is specifically formulated with 8-HO Quinoline to help fade the red and purplish marks left from previous breakouts. Within 3-4 weeks most post-blemish marks will be significantly faded and overall skin tone improved.
Is Dermaclear effective to treat mild redness on my face caused by past blemishes?
Dermaclear contains allantoin to help soothe facial redness and heal skin from past breakouts.
Can I use Dermaclear on an open pimple or blemish?
Yes. It will help alleviate redness, reduce inflammation and kill bacteria. Always use a clean cotton pad or ball to apply or try Dermaclear On-the-Spot.
I am under the care of Dermatologist. He is prescribed me an oral antibiotic. Can I use Dermaclear with it?
Always check with your doctor first. We have had many customers combine Dermaclear and oral antibiotics successfully. You should also check with your doctor before using Dermaclear with any topical prescriptions. It may be fine to incorporate Dermaclear into your regime but only your doctor will know if your medication can be used in combination with a cosmetic skin care formulation.
I am 28 years old and I have just developed acne according to my dermatologist. I am currently using Retin-A gel. I was wondering about the results of using Dermaclear with Retin-A.
Dermaclear should not be used with Retin-A. Retin-A must be used alone because it highly sensitizes the skin to other products and the sun.
I am African-American and suffer from oily skin and breakouts. Can I use Dermaclear? Will it lighten my overall complexion?
Dermaclear works very well on African-American skin and all skins of color. It will effectively help clear up pimples, combat oiliness and reduce dark marks. It will lighten marks (clusters of pigment) from previous breakouts but it will not lighten your overall complexion. Dermaclear is suitable for all complexions.
My current cleanser contains salicylic acid like Dermaclear. Can I use them together?
Yes, you should be able to use both products if you have oilier skin and suffer from whiteheads, blackheads and pimples. Just be sure to watch for any dryness, peeling or irritation. If you experience any problems, limit either he cleanser or Dermaclear application to once a day.
I had great skin when I was a teenager but seem to have developed skin problems as an adult. Can Dermaclear help?
Yes. Dermaclear is strong enough to help teenage skin but it will not dry out or irritate adult skin. We have many adult customers who have used Dermaclear for years to help keep their skin clear and soft.
I exercise regularly and wash my face right after I exercise but, it doesn't seem to help. To stop exercising is out of the question because I have struggled with my weight for years. Can this product help me? I am 42 years old and I don't want to dry out my face. Other products have done this with little results.
Acne can be aggravated by sweat and perspiration but exercise alone will not cause acne. There is no need to quit exercising to clear up your skin. Just be sure to clean off sweat and oil after working out. Dermaclear can be applied right after your workout to cleanse skin without drying it out. Be sure to keep hair off your face when working out and don't wear make-up which can clog pores.
